Booking terms

Who you book with

You book with Murat Atalay Travel Agency, holder of TÜRSAB travel agency licence No. 11294. We arrange your round-trip hotel transfer and your place at the hamam that serves your hotel's area.

What you book

The programme you choose in the booking form: the basic Turkish bath programme as described on this website, or the basic programme with a massage upgrade where one is bookable. What is and isn't included is listed on the website and repeated in your booking summary before you confirm.

Price and payment

• Your price is the total in the booking summary at the moment you confirm.
• No money is taken online; payment is made on the day.
• Anything not included in your booking — drinks, photos, tips — is paid only if you choose it.

Pickup and the hamam

• Your pickup time and pickup point are confirmed with you after booking, on the phone number you give us.
• Your hamam location is selected according to your hotel and transfer area. At every location the basic programme is substantially the same; the exact order and details can vary slightly.
• At the confirmed time, please be waiting at the pickup point we gave you.

What we ask of you

• Give us your correct hotel, phone number and guest details.
• Tell us about any medical condition, pregnancy or allergy before your session. Pregnancy, a heart or circulatory condition, trouble coping with heat and humidity: in any of these cases we advise against the hamam.
• Bring swimwear: guests keep it on throughout.

If something changes

If we ever have to change something about your booking, we tell you as early as we can. If you need to change or cancel yours, message us with your booking reference — see our cancellation policy.
