Who we are

Murat Atalay Travel Agency, holder of TÜRSAB travel agency licence No. 11294, runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. To reach us, use WhatsApp or call +90 536 603 75 84.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, phone number, the hotel and area you are staying in, your room number and email address (both optional), your preferred language, your date, the number of guests, your programme and any notes you write.
• When you send a message: your name, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us — email, hotel, date, number of guests, your question.
• We never ask for card or bank details: nothing is charged online.

Why we use it

To take and confirm your booking, to arrange your transfer and your place at the hamam that serves your area, to confirm your pickup time and pickup point, to send your booking confirmation if you gave an email address, and to answer your messages.

Who receives it

Only the people your booking depends on: our booking team, the driver who collects you, and the hamam that serves your area — each receives what they need for your visit. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

While your booking and any questions about it are being handled, and afterwards only as long as the law requires a travel agency to keep records.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no cookies. To count visits, it keeps a random per-tab token in your browser's session storage, gone as soon as the tab is closed; the statistics are first-party and anonymous, and they are not shared with advertisers. A browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal is not counted at all.

To learn which of your data we hold, or to have it put right or erased, send a WhatsApp message or phone +90 536 603 75 84. We handle personal data in line with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
